The best way to lift it depends on how much money and or fabrication skills you have. I would say the best tire would be a 6 ply.

Look around for a quad front end. I like the disc brakes on mine. On the rear of mine I just lowered the top shock mounts and went with KFX 700 front shocks .

Jakes is a good front. A bought front is a lot less work, depends on if you like projects. A quad front like he says can be a very good front and you get brakes, may have to do something to change the bolt circle. Have to figure out steering going with a rack seems to be the best option. The bought fronts are still a compromise, it really depends on what you will do with the cart. The LT (long travel) lifts work nicer, ride nicer, stock cart shocks don't work that well on anything they are not made for it. Some lifts are wider if that matters, but wider is more stable. More travel is better for offroad rough ground for sure.

Far as tires get a quad rated tire usually 6ply, they don't puncture easily and better selection. I bought a large knobby it was aggressive as I dared since I ride on yards and not wanting to tear them up. Worked great in everything but nasty mud as expected, you need a mud tire for mud. Many use a mud tire because you get stuck if you spin, and you don't spin with aggressive tires. Its not as bad with a big block you can spin harder and clean the tires out. If I got new tires I would get some similar to what JMZ has there for all around use. I run wooded trails, sand, dirt roads is 95% of my use but at times I hit some mud or....yes I ride in the snow.

There were a terra and stretch fronts, they are very long travel and cost more, but not sure they are made anymore. Others have made their own lifts mostly rears but some fronts. I mean they made 3 link rears and various fronts, usually for carts lifted very high or very long travel.

Stepdad has the James kit and it works great but not as much travel as the long kit
