Tire Advise needed- on/off road

I have an 09 Precedent with 6' allsports lift. I already have 12" wheels so I am looking at 23x10.5x12 aggressive looking tires. After much research on this site, which is awesome, I have narrowed my choices to:
All-Trail XLT
Duro Desert
RHOX Mojave ll
Kenda Terra Trac

I will be using the cart on road around my subdivision 80% of the time with the other 20% in the woods.

Any advise or experiences with these tires will be greatly appreciated.

All those tires look about the same to me as far as "aggressiveness" except for the Kenda's. It might come down to a personal preference from here on out....I don't physically own a cart right now but personally, I like the Kenda Terra Trac and that's what I'd go with.

Not sure about the others but have multiple sets of Kendas and have been happy.

I have used the Duro Deserts before with no complaints, only thing with that type of tread it picks up allot of stones and mud btwn the tread. I switched to more aggressive (6 ply Dirt Devils) which run cleaner. Also switched to 8" wide in the front, steers better and looks better. (just my opinion)

Thanks for the responses. I am not totally stuck on these 4. So, If there is another brand/style that would fit my needs please let me know.

My other carts have Sahara's. Similar to the Kendas. Good ride on the pavement and decent traction

I had the All-trail tires and the side walls split in about 1 1/2 yrs.

I have All-Trails. Got them as part of a wheel package deal. One was a factory defect and was replaced. Since then, they have been fine. I mostly ride on a gravel road.

I vote Duro.

Here is a picture after I rolled her out from the rebuild. Best it ever looked.

Have Kenda's on the gasser for mud and woods.

Duro's on EZGO, I use them 80% sand and gravel 20% pavement. No noise on pavement and smooth, too. I keep the pressure down, though..I have had the Duro's on since March no problems...
