Default Jake's upper A arm question

I have 2003 Club Car Villager 8 that is our tour vehicle at work. It had a 6" spindle lift that I'm replacing with a Jake's double A arm kit. My question is, should there be a sleeve that goes inside the bushing of the A arm mount? Without it, I can rock the spindle back and forth a couple of inches. I have sent an email to Glen at Jake's so in the mean time I'll fab a sleeve and try it. To me it seems to have way to much movement but I've never work on a cart before so I don't know. Thanks

Just recieved a call from Glen, great bunch of folks, and he confirmed it needs a sleeve. Was going to send one to me asap, but I already have a 3/8 stainless tube cut and ready to go!!
