Default My Replica Toyota FJ Cruiser EZGO Build

Just starting my latest custom build, a replica Toyota FJ Cruiser based on EZGO TXT electric cart.

I am building 2 unique vehicles for Toyota Middle East, to be supplied as Stadium Ambulance carts for a soccer team.

Final assembly of the carts start tomorrow and I hope to have them completed within 3 weeks.

Chassis and electrics will remain standard but the bodywork will change dramatically on the front end. A 5" jack up will be fitted to each car and 12"/22" wheels and tyres (tires) will be fitted. The pictures shown are all pre-moulded and final mould front cowls. The rendered picture is how Toyota want it to look!!

I will update these pictures as I progress.

I like that body. Did you make the body or have someone build it? I would like to have a Tundra body to match my truck, but haven't seen one yet. This is similar to what I would want to do when I get to build another cart.

We have a factory that makes them for us, this FJ Cruiser design is a one off build for Toyota Middle East.

We fitted a 4" Jack up kit on it today and the ambulance stretcher (additional pics will follow soon)

Our next project after this one is an Aston Martin Vantage to fit a Club Car Precedent

The Tundra would make a great build!

More pictures on the way.... pre fitment assembly, fit factory jack up kit, fit alloy wheels and add ambulance stretcher carrier.

Looking good prior to strip down and respray in Toyota black.

More pictures to follow
