Max tire diameter with 3" jakes lift kit.
I know that a jakes 6" lift will clear 23" diameter tires no problem but is way too tall for my older family members to get in and out of. I really need a knobby more aggresive tire when working around the land than what a oem slick tire has to offer. So if anyone knows the proper size for a 3" lift on a gas yamaha let me know. Thanks

20x10x10 on Yamaha 3" lift for G22/G29. Here is a picture of the 3" spindle kit on a G22 with the 20x10x10's.

My cousin put 22" on his ydr with Jakes 3 in lift. He did trim about 3/4" of the bottom of the rocker panel off In front rear tires.

I had an 18 inch tractor lug tire on a 8 inch rim. it was the same size as the standard tire. you would not need a lift at all

My 09 that had the 6" jakes lift with 23" tires had the rockers trimmed in the rockers as well. Not sure why the dealer trimmed them because with the 6" the tires were no where near rubbing the areas that were hacked off. Id like to get a 22" tire with a nice looking wheel.

I like the look of the 3" lift since it doesnt kick the front tires out so dang wide which slings crap all over you even with wide flares. Did your buddy have any fitment problems with the front wheels while turning rubbing anything??

I am finishing up a CC DS build with a Jakes 3" lift and we went with 10" wheels w/20" tires It made a huge difference in the ride/cart height and I'm pleased with the looks.
