Wobble, Wobble we all bounce around
Wondering if anyone has any ideas, I lifted my 96 Club Car DS, 6" A-arm lift, with 10" Medusa rims, Sahara Classic tires. I now have a pretty bad wobble, bounce while driving.
My tires are at about 10lbs, the bounce seems to get better with the more weight I add |

Brand new tires and wheels? I vote for a bad tire. Happens a lot unfortunately with these cheap china tires. Hopefully the seller will ship you a replacement. It's up to you to find the bad one though. You could also try just running 20 psi, I believe that's the rating on the sidewall, and see if it improves.

Re: Wobble, Wobble we all bounce around
have you checked to make sure your rims are flat up against the hubs? I put new wheels/tires on my Mule once and some how one wheel up front got on there cockeyed and gave it a bad wobble.
Also, maybe take a tape measure and measure the front of your front tires (center to center) and the rear of the front tires (center to center) to make sure your alignment is ok. |

Now I haven't checked to see if there flat against the hubs yet.
As far as alignment goes, ill measure it, I eyeballed it, it drives straight and doesn't pull one way Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk 2 |

If the toe in/out adjustment is equally off it will still drive straight...just wear your tires out quickly and wobble at higher speed. Hope ya found it!

Those Sahara Classic tires are notorious for being out of round or wobbling brand new. Most likely your issue.

Re: Wobble, Wobble we all bounce around
Had my brand new set of wheel and tires checked by the local tire shop check them before i installed them on my cart. I had the 12" wheels with the 22x11-12 sahara classic tires. None were out of round but the tire store did put a few stick onweights inside the wheels to help with any out of balanace issues. They ride good at 15 psi.

Re: Wobble, Wobble we all bounce around
Your tires look like the efx blade 23" tires i used to have. Those tires were pretty rough riding no matter what psi i ran in them. When you spin them does the rim wobble up and down or just the tire??
