Default Front Winch Installation

Well I finally got done with my front winch after four evenings of fabricating. Here are some pics but not exactly sure if the diamond plate is to much. I drilled the holes for two extra lights that I am going to install on the diamond plate. What do y'all think about the diamond plate.... To much or just right???
What I started with.

Finished!!

just my opinion but if the diamond plate were black it might look better, or less subtle. I think people tend to overdue diamond plate not saying you did here. I think you have the skills obviuosly to make it work, so if you zoomed out and we saw other hints of diamond plate on the runners that might tie it in better, i'm not sure. Nice work anyhow

This pic I took last week. It has the diamond plate on the side need bars and some extra chrome on the steering shaft and a aluminum steering wheel. ????

I love it! Very nice work. Might look a little more like it belongs if you built a piece on each side that went out to the edge of the front cowl, kinda like a bumper on a truck.
