Default tie rod and steering issues on jakes double a arm

I have a 2003 club car ds and installed a Jakes 6in double a arm lift kit. The tow could not be fix without making the tie rod longer. Before that I notice that my turning radius to the left was not as good as before. Can anyone offer some suggestions on what my problems are. I called Jakes tech support a week ago and I am still waiting for a call back. So I figured that you guys on here could help. Thanks Armand

I guess that Jakes only responds to issue that they have a solution for. Been six weeks and still no response from Jakes or Buggies Unlimited

yup it only takes once, to get burned by buggies unlimited, then you really start to appreciate our "site sponsors"
does the cart turn equally to the left and right???? or does one side turn tighter than the other????

In all fairness if they missed calling you back you should call them again.

Yes, this is the problem. You need to adjust the single tie rod that is connected to the steering box (not the tie rod from wheel to wheel). Once this is done you may have to remove the steering wheel and re-center it once the steering box is centered.

I'm sorry for the missed call but I never received this voice mail. I do my very best to return each and every call every day.

Thanks for the understanding and support.
