Default Full Custom 4x4

I started collecting my parts for this build right around the time that nunya started his, I've had the idea of building a 4x4 golf cart for awhile and finally decided to make it happen. This is my first attempt at a four link suspension but I'm really happy with the direction that my project is heading. It started with purchasing a 1988 Suzuki Samurai and then a 2002 Yamaha Big Bear 400. I collected the parts i needed and then sold the rest. Then Picking up a busted up club car from a local custom golf cart shop for $50 plus an extra body for another $20. I was on my way.

so far it looks good, the only thing that worries me is the angle/placement of your ram. from what im tracking, it should be as parallel as u can get it with your tie rod.

I wanted it parrallel, but i wanted a nice strong base. With the travel I have from the ram it actually turns really easily. It actually hits lock out before the ram is fully extended.

No I'm just going to make drive shafts that go from the output shafts of the Yamaha motor directly to the axles.
