What size tire to motor?

I have a stock 36v EZGO TXTpds 2010, I'm going to 48v and a 500DCXPDS Alltrax. I have 23x10.5x12 tires now and I'd like to go to 24in. or 25in. and either 10in. or 8in. wide. Question is, do I need to upgrade my motor or get a completely different motor if I go to any of these size tires. Thanks for any advice on this guys.

25s on a PDS

No motor manufacture I know of wants to warranty that combination. Are you are in hill country?

I have 25's with a 500 amp controller and a 7.5hp motor the cart does ok, but I wish I had just got 23's instead. 25" are alot of tire to turn for an eletrical cart IMO.

Thanks for the input Steve. I was kinda thinking along the same lines, I was just wanting to hear from somebody who's done it before. Think I'll stick with the 23's. Thanks again man.
