Lifted 6 passenger
I've been looking at this frame taking up way to much space since May now so I decided to build it. So far I have the rear springs, shocks and axle mounted. Front shock tower and lower control arms mounted. Ball joints on the knuckle are next then will mount it all up

Yes, it is a nice change from the rusty, corroded, muddy, sandy, and broken stuff I'm used to working on!

Got the steering column and linkage mounted. Steering rack will be in early next week. Got the front bumper / sub body support mounted up.
I set the dash, hood and front bumper on to see what its going to look like. |

Thats going to be a really cool cart!
Is that frame a one-off custom?? I've never seen one like it. Then again, I don't know much about Club Cars.... |
