Default 98 club car with 2 speed a/c motor

I have a 98 club car , outback conversion, with a 2 speed a/c motor. I bought this cart used and don't know much about it. This is my first electric hunting buggy. I am having issues when I first take off with the cart jumping. It seems worse if I try to take off to fast or if it's pulling a load, it seems better after you drive it a while. I have new trojan batteries in it, with new cables. Also I haven't read anything on a/c motors. Is there any different maintenance On this setup?

Welcome to BGW,....good to see people from Mississippi on here. I don't have an answer to your issue. I'm sure someone will come by and chime in. If I had to take an educated guess it would be in the controller.

Bebop,

If you have an AC cart somebody spent some $ on that cart! Do you have any pics?

Thanks,
Steve

I have pics on my profile haven't figured out how to move them around yet. It is a nice cart I just don't know much about it. How do I tell what controller it has?
