Default Home made Z lift for CC DS

Some people have been asking for pics of my Z lift......LMK what you think.
I plasma cut the brackets out of 1/4" flat plate steel I had laying around the garage. It lifted my cart 6" and pushed the front out 3".

And another pic....... I didn't really like the one sided Z lifts that I see out there(meaning one Z bracket per frame rail) that's why I made mine this way and used thicker steel. Sorry, I can only post 1 pic at a time from my stupid iPhone and I don't sit in front of a computer very often.
You don't need a plasma cutter to do it, you could use a 4" grinder and a cutoff wheel. I actually finished one of mine with this method when my plasmas electrode took a crap. I hope this helps anyone looking to do this.

Here is a pic of the original brackets that were on my cart from the previous owner vs. my new brackets. Many of you may have seen these pics in my build thread but I figured I would put some in the lifted cart section. Carry on.....

I actually think the ride is ok off road, just not sure I'd go jump the thing. But then again I've done a lot dumber things!!!!!
I would love to go up to CAW. The problem is my wife would rather go anywhere else on vacation!!!!!
