Yet another lift question...
I have a 98 EZ GO with a factory ST 4" lift and was told I could fit 23x10.5x12 on the cart. I was told by a person that has worked at EZ-GO for over 20 years that the rear had clearance but the front would be an issue. He mentioned a leveling kit. The cart has a rake(?) to it right now...rear higher than front.
I searched through threads and seen that numerous site sponsors have leveling kits that would give me the space I need. http://www.everythingcarts.com/p-412...-st-98-up.aspx Has anyone used the kit to get the height needed to clear? How well does it work? For the price, I could almost buy a new lift but I'm on restriction after buying a controller, SD Solenoid, F&R switch, rear seat, rims and tires over the past month. She took my credit card away! |

Re: Yet another lift question...
That kit is meant to make flipping the front springs from the bottom of axle to the top very easy. If you have a welder you can do it yourself and save a bunch of money.

Re: Yet another lift question...
Don't have a welder nor access anywhere around. Although I'm good at rigging up stuff that breaks eventually. I would rather buy the kit for safety reasons being my 13 yr old and 2 yr old girls ride the cart more than I do. ANYBODY?

Well if you can't do your own fabrication this kit is the next best thing. It will do exactly what you are looking for, give front an extra 2" lift.

Re: Yet another lift question...
Our carts are a little different but I have the EZGO lift kit on mine. I have 23x10.5x12 tires on it and I don't have any rubbing.
