Default eBay 6" arm lift

Hi guys will be installing lift kit this weekend. I know you get what you pay for but its all the budget aka the wife would allow!!! Anyway got a 1999 cc ds 48v. Will be installing the 6" arm kit from eBay. Anything I should be concerned with, or be looking for as a trouble area ? Thanks in advanced

No unforseen problems. Great lift for the money especially since it included the rear hd springs.

I just installed the 8" lift on my CC DS and I love it so far. I was able to get 25" tires to clear easily. I feel it is a well crafted lift.

Be aware that many guys here say the rear HD springs ride noticably rougher than the stock single leafs. If you do a decent amount of off-pavement driving and don't carry heavy loads on the back, you may want to stay stock (spring-wise). I have the stock springs on my cart and last year had 4 of my buddies hop onto the back bumper and it really didn't sag too much at all.

While a agree to a point, yes the springs are stiff (3-leaves), they are not as stiff as the ones that came with my all sports lift (4 leaves). Im actually going to remove 2 of the leaves in the spring pack since I dont carry anything in the back of my cart, but I need to find a good spacer that will help keep the amount of lift..
