Default Lifted 2010 EZGO RXV Question

Hey everybody first post. I have been lurking for a few weeks reading everyone's insight/opinions on carts, as i am about to make my first cart purchase.

My local dealer made me what appears to be a great offer on a 2010 EZGO RXV. 6" MADJAX A-Arm lift, 14"wheels/tires, rear seat, new batteries and 1 year warranty.

I just wanted to see if i could get some opinions before i pull the trigger.

-Engine brake/Parking brake: I have been told that 2010 and up do not have the same issues.

-4 x 12v batteries I have read that this is not that big of an issue with the AC system. Can any owners of lifted carts attest to that?

-I have looked at several TXT/PDS models that had the floorboards battery box, and frame rails rusted out. it looks as though the RXV has replaced most of these problem areas with Plastic minus the frame. I know it helps with the rust but what about overall quality of the unit.

-finally is it worth the extra $500 to get a 2010 CC Precedent the same way

Thanks

2010 lifted rxv, love it. No brake issues, have it set to highest speed and acceleration topped out by the dealer with the handheld. I paid $2500 but installed lift and tires (included in price) myself, had back seat already as well as the lights. 4 12 volts have been great so far.

thanks for the input ya'll.

Price i was offered was $4,300 including tax by local dealer. Just found a 2010 on Craigslist with 2012 Trojans and rear seat for $2,500 and i can do the madjax lift and wheels/tires my self for $840 later as i see fit. $2500 was really my budget since that is what i just sold my wheeler for. I had "APPROVAL" from the boss to spend as I saw fit but I am smart enough to know what she really meant.

2500 is a fair price for a 2010 you should go with this one,, i've pay 2500 for my 2010 without rear seat.. So it's a good price,, if it's in good condition

OK so I got her bought on Friday. I am on the fence about lift/wheels/Tires.

I think I have narrowed it down to two options.

1. 3" spindle with 23" A/T

2. 6" Madjax A-Arm with 23" A/T

I want to keep COG low but not sure about the spindles. I wont be doing any hard core wheeling I have other toys for that just wan some ground clearance and style.

Cost is the same
