Default Precedent A-arm Lift Squeak

I got done installing a 6" a-arm lift on my 2010 Club Car Precedent. Everything was fine until today when the cart starting squeaking bad with every slight turn of the wheel. Come to find out, it was the bolts at the ball joint that connect the a-arm's ball joint to the spindle. If I loosened them a bit, the squeak disappeared.

During the installation, I applied thread lock to these bolts. However, I had to pull the bolts back out during the alignment and did not re apply any thread lock, just made sure to get bolts as snug as I could get them.

Has anyone ran into this problem and what was the fix? For now, I took the bolts all the way back out and applied some thread lock to the bolts and re installed only with slight torque. I will obviously have to keep an eye on these to see if the bolts back out. Any help is appreciated...

Anyone?

I think I've determined the heim joints are crap on this lift. Anyone else had problems with the heim joints on an A-arm lift? I'm about at the point of replacing lift with something else...

My only experience with a lift kit is the 6" Jake's I installed on my 2007 Precedent. No issues, and I'm very pleased with it.

What's the brand name of your kit?

It is a Pro-X Unlimited A-arm lift. Same design as most a-arm lifts...just guess it has crappy heim joints.
