Default Front clays/cargo basket recommendations

I'm usually hauling 4 adults plus coolers, bags, and stuff to the lake and back in my lifted 08 gas CC Precedent. I want to add a clays/cargo basket to accomodate the gear so the humans can hang on as we bounce down he path. Looks like there are plenty of options out there with several different mounting styles. Can anyone suggest a good rigid model that doesn't rattle or flex side to side when off roading?

I used a front cargo basket for an ATV and fabricated custom mounts and brackets to secure to the this CC. Sturdy as hell and would likely hold more that the front suspension support.

Dude that's perfect. I love the capacity. Unfortunately the fab equipment at my mother-in-law's house is limited to say the least. I'm looking for seething more bolt-on.

All Sport makes a really sturdy one its not the best looking one but it is the strongest off the shelf one I have found.

Here is the basket we make, it does not rattle and is designed so it will allow you to fold down your windshield. http://www.jakesliftkits.com/liftkit...recedent/30718

Old thread, but I thought I'd close the loop on this one. I went with the Grizzly Metalworks brush guard and basket combo. It easily holds 3 gas cans (2 5s and 1 6-gallon), plus I've put my 200+ pound body weight on it and it never complained a bit.

I made 2 minor mods. #1) I lengthened the side bars about 2½" (highlighted in picture 3) and re-drilled 2 holes in the bottom of the basked so it mounts a little farther forward. It changes the look a bit, but I didn't like the idea of the windshield resting on the basket. #2) The kit came w/1" bolts to connect the bottom layer of square tube to the top layer of the cart frame at the bumper bolt location. I drilled holes through the top layer of the square tube and used 5" bolts to go all the way through the tube and the frame. No big benefit there, just over-engineering on my part.

I replaced the bumper headlight unit with 2 x 18W 1260LM CREE LED lights for like $20, and just spliced them into the wiring harness making to match polarity. They are PLENTY bright, and probably annoying to oncoming vehicles, but I can definitely see where I'm going.

I need to clean up the rattle can paint job, but it will get me through the summer.
