Have you looked at plum quick? I don’t have a lithium conversion, but did do the Alltrax 500 and HD solenoid and wow. I got some pick up and go! I’ve looked at the rhino and executioner from PQ-

I've got the Admiral high torque motor. Once I find out the safe highest RPM for the motor, I'll let you know how my cart performs. I believe my siggy has all my important info. in regards to performance mods.

It's all in what your intended use will be.

I'm a series drive vs your sepex, so apples to oranges, but still able to hit 27mph on the blacktop with my custom torque motor from D&D.

Default Club Car DS Lithium Conversion - 150ah 14s goodness

Yikes looks like your cart is mainly used for off road? Hopefully just dirt trails and roads and not much steep hills, slow stuff over logs and serious stuff. If so a Sepex motor would not be a good choice. Series or AC is definitely better suited for that environment. On flat’ish ground Sepex would be fine.

That being said very good job on that pack build. This has got to be one of my favorite conversions so far! I think your would easily beat my 8 big 6v Trojan T-145 Plus in distance and output power. And be a whole lot lighter as well. That said, I’ve never been able to run them low even on a whole day out in the woods so your going to love that pack!

I actually dont do much off-roading (or at least didnt plan to at first) but bought this cart basically as it sits with those tires/lift and paint job. Plan was more on road originally but that may change.

AC was my original plan but couldnt fork out the $$ right now for a drop in kit, so i figured i'd put a motor / controller in for now and see how the project evolves.

Next things for it will be a custom long travel suspension to replace the 2" of travel i currently have, so once i get that on here we'll see how the motor / controller combo i have now suffices for what I want to do.

What are the dimensions of each of the two modules and your completed box? I'm curious how these might fit into other carts .. 150Ah definitely got my attention!

Modules are 16.5" x 13" x 7". My completed box is 34" x 14" x 9.5" (with lid).

It Juuuuust fits in my DS with the modified frame. Would be curious if it'd fit in a Precedent plastic box.

I went with a D&D torque motor in my Yamaha because of the gears that I have in my rear end. It has worked out perfectly for me. I have my top speed dialed back to 25mph - plenty fast for a cart with no front brakes.

Not in the OEM - After hacking out some plastic I can just fit 13 width. Can't go higher than 12" from bottom of seat and box is 41" long
