how should I configure my charger for Chevy Bolt batter?
I've done a lot of reading, and have finally gone with a 48v Chevy Bolt battery, a Chinese BMS, and a Chinese charger (http://www.evassemble.com/index.php?...&products_id=8).
The charger needs to be configured by the seller. They want to know Charger model, cell type, charge voltage(CV) and current(CC), DC voltage of your country I think the charge voltage (CV) should be 50v, but I don't know what to specify for the charge current (CC). Is 10 amps about right? Thanks for all input. |

I'm not going to pretend I know anything about these batteries. However, i do know you need a BMS for what you have. A stock Club Car charger is not what you need and is perhaps dangerous for what you have.
