Default End of one Lithium RXV gives rise to another.

Due to its age, I have decided to retire the 2008 Flood RXV that I had rebuilt a few years ago. This was the project page for that rebuild and subsequent Lithium conversion, and the teardown at the end...

http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ther-cart.html

The RXV chassis that I bought from LukeL will become the replacement Lithium conversion. I don't rightly know whether it is a 2011 or a 2012, as it has an odd date code... M0811. 13th month of 2011? Made no sense to me and talking to E-Z-GO was no help. It had apparently been donated to a university.

The body had a pair of decals on the side, SHUTTLE 2+2 like the 2008 RXV it is replacing, but it also had an exceed Hybrid decal under the charge port. The college kids had taken a sawzall to the body and cut it open to remove everything. Apparently they had no torx bits to unbolt anything. I will post more photos as the project progresses. Here are the photos taken of it as is was when I towed it home...

I just keep maintaining my 2000 txt with bushing replacements, welded the frame once when it cracked, brake lining replacements, and re-wrench squeaky bolts.

Nothing is wrong with the 2008 RXV other than it's the oldest RXV that I have. I was wanting to find it a new home because I have too many projects. I've really wanted to transfer the Lithium pack over to a newer cart. I was prepping it to tow behind my car on the trip when my friend asked how much I wanted for it. He jumped at it for that price...

The RXV chassis that I will be building on has had so little use, I would hate to let it sit out there in the weather unprotected by a body any longer.

I know you have been doing some traveling... but curious to see how this build is coming along?

I've not had much time with good weather to do much. Heading out on another trip, to the west this time.

I wish I had another 20 years because I really enjoy working on these carts. Time is not on my side and the days seem to fly because I am always busy.
I don't see myself working on golf carts at age 92 but who knows
