Reconditioned 18 TXT Elite advice

Looking at purchasing an 18 reconditioned TXT elite 2.0 from a dealer here in Tampa, FL. Just looking for possible concerns. Using it around the neighborhood, likely never go more than 6-8 miles on a run. Top speed is not really a concern, but I'd like acceleration to 20 to be good. Like the battery tech, but not enough time to look at DIY. And concerns or advice? Dealer has a good reputation, and other options are a lifted new TXT, and a different dealer that does mainlty club cars. $8999 for the 2018 Elite, loaded( lifted, radial tire package, new body, long roof, full LED lights, rear seat, bolstered front seats, new dash/wheel, bazooka audio). 1yr full warranty, 3yr battery warranty. Not a ton of reviews on the elites that i'm finding.

Also, dealer suggested TXT over the RXV due to ease of maintenance, and we have brick streets that he said do bad things to the suspension on the RXVs. Also was not a fan of the RXV breaking system.

I can't speak to the TXT but I have an RXV and a CC Precedent, both converted to lithium. I love my RXV I'll take it over my wife's precedent any day. IMHO the RXV has a small learning curve because its this century's technology and "it's not like the older carts", its not bad just a little different and many people don't like different, kinda like that one friend everyone has... ;) The RXV has good suspension and nice ride especially for the street. The brushless AC motor should outlast DC motor carts. Depending on the year the controller can be re-tuned by BobBoyce for great performance (I get 35mph...). The way I look at the brake is its part of the learning curve, with the RXV you really use the motor regen for almost all braking, and the energy goes back to the battery pack so it feels different. The actual motor brake is for hard/emergency stopping and engages for parking.
Last but not least is that a AC motor system will run 20-30% more efficiently which translates directly to 20-30% more range per charge when compared to a DC cart.
