Default EZ GO Electric 36 volt

Golf cart was working fine and all of a sudden it stopped,,,barely crawls in both forward and reverse. Can anyone guide me?

I have had this issue. It turned out to be a cracked Speed Sensor Magnet. It cost me $11 from Amazon. You access this motor from the rear left tire area. The part number is 73328GO1 PDS ll Speed Sensor Magnet. I found that removing the left rear wheel gave me easy access, and was able to replace within 15 minutes.
