Melex 625E issues

Hi I'm new to the golf cart world,I bought a Melex 625E (199 last fall had no problem with it until the nights started getting cold,I thought it wasn't charging I would plug the charging in it would go up to 20 amps and then slowly go down and then turn off.When I tried to drive it,it would just click in foward and reverse.I read that if the batteries were dying I should charge each battery separate and then put the charger back on and charge them all.This worked a couple of times but when it got real cold I could not get it to go at all.Now this spring I am trying to get it going again and I'm having the same problem.I checked all the batteries they are good, charged it with automatic charger and same thing just clicking.Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome...Did you put a volt meter to the battery yet ? Check water levels ? how old are the batteries ? Check connections and clean them. poor care for batteries will shorten the life span.
