Melex what year and model

I have an old Melex with the serial # 102154. I believe it is a 212 simply because that is the wiring diagram that matches my layout. I would like to know the year and if it is a 212. Is there any way to do this with the info I have?

I found a date of mfg stamped on the steering box and also on a tag on the rear axle housing.
