Default 1999 Melex

Hey Guys,
I'm considering purchasing a 1999 Melex and was wondering if there is anything specific I should look for. The exterior is in very good condition but the batteries are bad. What is a reasonable price for a cart like this?

I traded for mine but they were asking 700. Batteries were no good but cart was nice. Seems Melex is not one of the preferred carts to own as far as parts go. I like mine. How much are they asking?

They have it listed at $500..... I'm a bit leary because I can't verify that it actually runs without batteries. He says it ran when he put it away in June.

If you can get them to charge each 6v battery by itself you might be able to get enough power to see if it will move.

Does it come with the 36volt charger?

I want to say it does come with the charger. i would just hate to purchase it and have to start replacing parts after batteries.
