2001 ezgo txt.
Thought I would start a thread of my build. It's coming along nicely. Hope to be finished by Memorial Day.
Painting under the front Painting the roof supports Custom steering column and steering wheel Decided to take the dash off and Repaint that. That's where I'm at now Ordered hydrographic film today for it and also ordered house of kolor blue candy. Will update as I go. :) |

Re: 2001 ezgo txt.
wish I could have read this before you ordered the paint, I have a quart of HOC candy blue that I would sell as I probably never use it, I just painted mine in HOC candy purple over a gold underbase, I also have have some cans of shimmrin gold underbase. the most important thing to remember about candy is use a good sealer to make sure color is uniform before basecoat otherwise you will have a quarter in of basecoat to try to get good coverage, my purple over gold came out to be the most beautiful burgundy. your project looks good and will be fun when done.

Getting a littler closer. Lol.
It happy with the top. Showed a lot of scratches after paint. But with it lifted it may not be that noticeable. |

Haven't posted in awhile. Decided to change a few things up. Mainly going with a different carbon fiber on trim. It's getting there. Lol
Steeling seat. Easy install. |
