Default 1990 Club Car DS 36v Build

Have done some small things here and there to the 90 DS, but never really documented it. Going to do something pretty big so I decided I'd start a build thread for it. Going to put a 275amp controller in it and take out the resistor coils. Only took a year to finally be able to do this! Got everything ready to go, with the exception of the wiring, which will be coming soon from Stan (thanks again buddy). What I've got so far is -

275amp FSIP remaned controller
OEM CC F-R switch (needs MSs on it, got a plan for that too )
V-Glide from a 98 DS Regen 2
New Solenoid

Ah, the elegant simicity of a 36 volt solid state CC, my personal favorite drive system in the Club Car lineup for reliability.

I'll get that harness and a few goodies out ASAP, Monday looks like it'll be the day.

One small thing I'd recommend: wire with a run of 10 ga. wire from the back of the + port on the charge receptacle (after the fuse of course) over to the main pack + and do away with the short piece going to the stock FNR. Less connections = better, plus the factory solid state carts rolled out that way.

Sounds like a plan. I'll be using this diagram

I always did go cross-eyed looking at that one. Crash needs to color code a copy of it so it'll be easier to read.

One wiring harness, one controller mounting bar, and one solenoid bracket with a side of parking brake pad coming right up!

Harness is a little muddy/dusty but it's all there and all OEM from a 93.
