Thanks Richie!!

I think Ron has the best write-up on installing the VW muffler.. It's the one I used for ideas when I installed mine.. Every cart will be slightly different, Ron's thread will give you the basics to get started..

Sorry to bring up an old thread but this cart is awesome here.
Are those gauges in the dash? What gauges you running and which ones?
Have you done anything different to your cart? Im thinking of getting an 03 txt gas and changing the front cowl to a st350 and small axel lift for now.

Thanks for the compliment!!!

Haven't done anything to it but drive the hell out of it!! It's got just over 1,000 flawless miles on it since the engine swap.. Tom's kits (CPP) are the schitz!!

The gauges are Equus 8000 series, Tachometer # 8068, Fuel Gauge # 8363 (works with EZGO sender), Electric Oil Pressure # 8264, and Voltmeter # 8268...

Here's a better pic of the gauges with the engine idling, and a pic of the backup lamps I installed in the back bumper.. The backup lamps are wired thru the switch for the backup buzzer that I removed..

I installed the backup lights because when backing out of a parking space at the grocery store, the buzzer is inaudible to someone in a car, the lights get their attention..

Thanks Tom!!!! That means a lot coming from you!!

I still need to get around to modifying the engine cradle so I can reattach the stock skidplate... Maybe this summer, I hope..

Sounds like its a road machine, Might be easier to keep clean without the skid pan.
