Tom, don't let it's good looks fool ya!!!

It gets it's share of trail time.. I've already trashed one passenger side brake cable from snagging it on a "stickup" running thru the woods behind my dad's house.. The plate will shield the cable where it passes under the engine cradle, similar to the OEM setup.. I did this mod to your kit I put in my dad's TXT, and it's worked flawlessly at keeping the cable safe, and keeping sticks & brush out of the drive clutch and belt...

I may be ordering one of the new style drive clutches from ya before long... My 780 has developed an annoying clatter at idle speed.. I've pulled it apart, cleaned, inspected (no visible or excessive wear), and lubed it with dry lube.. The rattle stopped for a while, but is starting to come back..

Time for an update...

I ditched the top and cargo box and made it into a convertible cruiser.. Ditched the VW muffler for a 1 1/2" single exhaust with an Onan generator muffler, nice and quiet with no loss in performance..

Sorry, this may not be the right forum for this but I need help.
I just got this 92 mule and didn't know the starter bolts were loose. while running the flywheel was hitting the starter. I stopped the engine and reconnected the starter and now the engine is locked. What could have happened? Rod broke? If so where can I get a new one?

That looks super good John!!! Love the toplessness of it. Great looking cart. I'll be using a seat mount like yours with the S/S windshield when I get to that point.
