Picked up a 1998 txt. Started the rebuild.

Hey scottyb if you can help me. It has a curtis 1205-117 controller . Im wanting to lift this cart and put 12 inch low profile tires. What controller would you suggest and down the road install a rear seat

[ATTACH]20150828_195001.jpg[/ATTACH] I am having it painted tomorrow purple. So now I have $200 cart. $34 for pinion gear. $360 for interstate batteries. $75 paint and $75 to have it painted at a local body shop. $52 for seats.
