EZGO TXT PDS 2008 From Down Under

Hi all

I have refreshed this cart for my dad for XMAS this year as he moves into the new house on the golf course in OCT.

After alot of hours this is what i have completed so far with only a little bit to go.


This is what the cart looked like before i started but alot more beaten up scratched dings etc.

Standard 2008 model



How is it at the moment, i just have to fit the roof that i had painted black tomorrow and will put more pics up.





Work done

• Strip down to chassis
  New speed controller (standard curtis was not functioning both directions
  New solenoid
  Rewired
  Installed ciggarette lighter for the GPS
  Painted chassis with VHT paint
  Prepped body and Vinyl wrapped 3M Vinyl
  Carbon Dipped front light area
  install/wire front and rear lights
  Painted all plastic trims
  Steering wheel
  Recovered the seats
  Esky
  Sand Bottle
  Club and ball washer
  Wheel covers

Let me know your thoughts or anything else that I can do to make it better!!

Esky is the aussie term for the drink cooler.

Yep very strange especially driving on the road, nearly got taken out by a 4WD when I was driving around just on the chassis testing the speed controller lol
