New to me Hummer H3 limo I picked up today. Needs some work here and there but it will be fun next summer.

It needs batteries, some wiring redone, the hydraulics in the front rehooked up, a good polishing as it is dusty and scuffed in places. I did contact the manufacturer and they are still producing parts. I should have more pics up soon.

Nice find, we did some work on one for the hotel next door to our shop. The electronics do leave a bit to be desired, but other then that they are pretty good. The quality of the fiberglass is very good and thick!
One place to watch out for is the rear end where it joins to the axle housings, because they extended the axles it puts a bit more stress on the bolts, just make sure they are tight and you should be in good shape. They are built on the Club Car DS chassis, the steering components tend to want to wear out with the big 17's on there as well, other then that they are pretty cool rigs! Enjoy. |

Thanks for the advice. I have started a list of parts it will need. I am in the process right now of getting the paint and stainless polished. Then I will be going over the electrical system this winter and hope to have on the road in time for Memorial Day.
