Talking Tis the season for a new old confused cart..

Ha ha ha.. Yep it's mine.. It's functional.. It needs a little work.
Unfortunately I broke the brake yoke bracket getting it off the trailer.
She charges with some bubbling noise, and moves when the pedal is pressed.
Was told it was "geared down" for kids.
Those are my 2 main obvious tasks..
She needs to be able to cruise fields and campgrounds at a normal speed and height.
Need to learn some welding to fix this brake bracket too..

Seriously, don't be jealous.. It's all mine, from the bike horn, to boat seats..
Think I busted some suspension on the drivers side too..
Had an idea to swap the controller and stuff from the 36v text, I have a spare pedal setup.. Might be more complicated than that.
There's Ez-go and club car front ends here.. Very strong options on this site about converting these carts.
Still digging into the options for tires and Ground clearance..

1) Torch that body kit
2) Install a factory body
3) Sell it for more than you paid for it and/or drive it until the wheels fall off in its original configuration

I'm pretty sure that would scare more kids than anything else lol! If you like it though that's all that matters..

I like the port hole.. it had to have some significance at one time or other.

Yes the battery bay is 1975-1986 Ezgo Marathon.

Originally it had an ID tag on the passenger side of the floor hump shown in pic #4 above.

Kids.. If any cart moves they love it..
But this is for big Kids,
1. It moves, kind of low and sluggish, I broke the brakes so I can only go around in a circle for safety... Wiper board may be shot, it jumps when a gear is selected.
I also assume the added weight has stressed some of the electrical.
(wondering if a gas Harley setup can be put in easily) some farms we camp in don't have much power.
2. Body torching is not an option, looks like 99% of he original body is there. If the body could come off I would put it on the 48v carryall. At this point I just, I hope I can get the wheels drop down enough to get them off, when it's jacked up. I have normal carts if I wanted that, but some events I attend do not allow normal carts inside.
3. The port hole, boat seats... Hmmm.. Opposite theme from the cactus on the front..

I thought this was a tag too.
Thanks Scotty, was wondering that information.
Possibly room for 1mini keg, give life to an old kegerator..
Need to figure out the basics first.
Being told it was geared down, makes me want to know how check if the pedal or resistor was modified, or if the actual gear was changed.
