Starting a new project...
Finally got the final components for my build. Took 3 months for everything to come in. I have had the basic DS cart for quite a while and decided in september that it was time for a redo so I ordered some cool things for it. Here is a sneak peak. Hope to get everything installed on friday and saturday. I use the cart for golf everyday so I want to get it done to avoid missing too many rounds of golf

Re: Starting a new project...
Good news! I have it done! that was one heck of a project. I will never do one of these body kits again. When they say bolt-on, don't believe it. Nothing fit correct! Needed tons of cutting and trimming to get it to fit correctly. Whoever poured the fiberglass and gel coat did something wrong. Spent friday and saturday from 8-6 putting this thing together. Took two people.
Bad News: its raining out and you know you can't take a bentley in the rain so I will get some pics up when the weather clears tomorrow. |

Re: Starting a new project...
Ok here she is! Tell me what ya'll think! Cart has new wiring harness for all lights, new body, new white and chrome 12" low profile wheels, new windshield, and stainless steel rocker panels. I would like to thank BGW forum Member "Unforgiven" for doing a great job on the "B" decals for the Center caps on the wheels. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. They are great! contact him if you need decals. Very nice guy!
