2000 Club Car project story.
Here is the story and progress of my club car build. It started off as a even trade for my 1978 f150 pickup. it is a 290cc Gas club car 4 seater. Immediately when we traded i ordered the allsport 10 inch lift kit. the cart was stripped down a prepped for paint. it was painted today nissan 350z metallic copper. the lift kit will be delivered and installed tomorrow. The tires are 25x8x12's off of my 4wheeler. I bought adapters/spacers from some company on ebay for the wheels to fit. here are some pics. Please i know the origional paint sucks, please know that it was not my choice to have it that color.
taking apart body ready for paint new tail lights paint color new and old tires in the booth first layer of paint paint! |

Have you checked the bolt pattern on the ATV wheels yet? Some are a bit off.
