First Build '97 Club Car
Not bad for my first build out! Got the cart from in-laws for free. All upgrades to date total around $2650. Still lots to finish including radio, LED light bar, HD leaf springs, front bumper, seat covers ordered and new batteries by year end. The Trojans T 875 are nearly 8 years old and still hold charge well and runs cart as long as I need it to run! Cart runs 23-24 mph, plenty for me but the torque will snatch you bald headed! Looking for a new project now!

Re: First Build '97 Club Car
looking great ! .....I have a precedent but I still think a lifted DS looks better than any cart out there. Nice cart .

Re: First Build '97 Club Car
That is a great turnaround! Try switching the roof around. It looks like it may be backwards

Re: First Build '97 Club Car
Yeah! Go figure! After I took the pictures I notice that and reversed it. Wired new controller, new solenoid and motor correctly..... and can't put the roof on facing the right direction!!
