Default EZ-GO Shuttle Monster limo cart build 48volt

ok guys heres another limo cart build. this one is a factory shuttle that a customer brought to use to turn into a WICKEDCART

this is one of those with hydralic brakes so we had to make the rear lift kit.
custom 5 leaf rear springs
new longer brake lines and hoses
we also had wheels adoptors made from the 5 lug to 4 lug
modifid billet pedals
8 of the 6volt torjans to make the 48volt
650 amp all trax
advance dc 7/11 motor
for the front we used streches chrome A arm kit added our 2.5 " blocks to make it a 8.5" lift
the coils and tie rod sleeves were both powder coated a candy purple
the body was paint Passion Purple Pearl from House Of Kolors
carbon fiber dash,seatbacks,tail lights
the tail lights we used clear lens with a purple bulb
polished diamond plate rockers
diamond plate rubber mat
custom made grey and purple pipping floor mat
the seats were donre in a soft grey leather with black and grey tweed centers and a matching bright purple pipping
Wicked's 6 seater cage
grey and purple sun breela sof top
5 off road lights
speaking of lights we also put purple led under car lights also a purple led buggy whip
for the billet pedals since this cart has different one we used strech's but had them machined to fit
custom coors light beer tab for the forward and reverse lever
windsheild
sound system was simple too
pioneer head unit and 4 Kicker 6.5 speeakers
now for all the lights and sound system we installed a Odyssey PC 925 battery. but there was not much room since this already has 8 batteries
we custom made a box and mounted it to above the rear end and installed remote term. in the rear wheel well area for easy charging
SS112 chrome 12" wheels
25/10/12 ITP Terra Cross tires fit perfect for this ride
alot of extra detail and time went into this cart and the customers love it
heres some pics my main computer has crashed with all the good detailed pics but here is a few for now...
thanks

Nice addition of the 2.5" blocks on front for extra height! I assume to eliminate 'bump steer' that you use the ST riser spindles to accomodate the height difference? How does the steering clearance work for the steering arm / A - Arm frame? Great idea there, I have wondered about doing that myself on some of our builds...

yes we use the st sport and we also have to make a drop down bracket on the pitman arm the tie rod sleeves need to be the same length and angle as the a arms. thanks Mike
