Bought 2013 RXV Starting Build this Weekend

Well, once again someone thought they needed my cart much worse than I so the Tomberlin is gone. I picked up a nice bone stock 2013 RXV in Canton TX last weekend while at Trade Days. It has July 2016 Batteries in it, so that's one thing I won't need to purchase. Been having tons of fun on eBay and Amazon the last couple days. Brown trucks should start arriving at the house by the weekend. I'll post some pictures as I get it going.

Here are some pictures of my blank canvas. My plan is to tear it all down this weekend, clean it up and get it ready for paint. I will also start the wiring rough in for radio, lights, undercart led lights, etc. I'm hoping the voltage reducer is in tomorrow as well and I'll get it installed.

Sounds like Christmas came early for you this year lol, have you thought aout putting a body on it instead of painting it, or what.

I'm putting all the street legal stuff on it, but unfortunately, the State Police won't stamp a VIN on it, so there is not way to register and plate it. I tried on my last EZGO and they had no clue. I even showed them the laws regarding this and they still refused.

I did, but I work at the local Chevy dealership and have a body shop at my disposal so I'll just spray some color on it when I decide what it "wants" to be.

Yessir. Had to put in on the seat to keep it eye level..LOL Just kidding. My wife actually stuck it on the seat for some reason and I was too lazy to take it off.

Cut the holes for the rear lights then started tearing it down this morning. Man was it filthy under the plastic. I also discovered a bird nest under the front plastic. I have a picture below. I also found a nice Brown Widow spider living on behind the controller. She had quite the collection of little treasures back there (bugs and moths). Gave it a rough cleaning and started running the wiring for the light kit. Had to run a couple errands and now the Saints game is on, so that's where the fun stops today. I was going to try to get the lift installed, but that can wait. I also cleaned up the body at the car wash around the corner from me and will bring it to work tomorrow and get it ready for paint.

Couple more pictures. I discovered a crack in the rear bumper, so ordered another this afternoon. You can see it in the first picture.
