Default 2000 ezgo st

Have a chance to pick up a 2000 Ezgo st (short body). The cam froze in the head and I can't find a used head/cam assembly. I'm thinking a Predetor V-twin. What do you guy's think? Thanks Dave

Thanks kgsc, but I bought a HF Predetor engine yesterday. I'll see how it works compared to a Briggs or Honda builds I've done. Although this is new territory for me...I'm a Yamaha guy

You know you would not have been happy with a repair when you could modify! Go for it

Thanks buddy. It's going to be a budget build with the intent to give a land owner a powerfull cart for work, nothing fancy about this one.

Go big or go home Unforgiven I'm really not crazy about the HP Predetor that can't be moded, but this is going to be a budget build for a useable Workhorse, that I can sell for a profit and make a land owner happy with the power. We'll see if it works that way. With the front cowel off, the 3 steel mid section body parts off, I'm think of getting them painted. Then some new seat covers and a new windshield. Caching..price keeps going up! Any one have an idea what it would be worth after the upgrades?
