My 87' EZGO 3 Wheel
Picked up this Craigslist gem a couple months ago to be my neighborhood cruiser/beach/campground buggy. It is my first cart. 36volt electric. So I guess this will be my official build thread. It was in really good shape when I got it and I have done quite a few things to it.
I have replaced the brakes/new brake cables, added HD rear springs, new battery wiring, rubber diamond plate floor mat, diamond plate pedals and dash cover, made it fully street legal with head lamps, tail lamps, liteseasy LED bars front and rear with turn signals and brake light, horn, mirror, volt meter in dash, hubcaps, and added armrests with cup holders on the rear seat. I also touched up all the back trim and undercarriage as well as all the metal parts with flat black Rust-Oleum. I do want to get it re painted sometime soon and do some performance/speed upgrades later but I'm loving it as is for now and it is a real head turner. Here are some before and after pics! The day I brought it home Upgrades |
