Re: Chase's Cart
Yeah its a ski doo 377cc twin. I swapped it in back in oct or last year. That day i took it for a spin, i got 49.1 mph on gps. that was a crazy ride.. wow let me tell you i dont need to go that fast on this cart. being so high off the street... lol...
I just got the clutch working correctly and it almost pulls a wheelie very easyly. i will try and take some videos of it this weekend in the desert.. Thanks Jesse |

Re: Chase's Cart
Very nice cart! Looks and sounds like quite the engine that Sea Doo is.

Re: Chase's Cart
actually it was really easy. I did alot of homework on which motor to use, and which one would fit without that much fab work... anyways..i just made some motor mounts this picture below. and the motor went in just fine. Theres really not that much difference between these two strokes. your clutching is key for having good power.. My first time starting it was scary cause the person that owned my sled before me, cut the primary spring to make it softer. the softer the spring the earlyier the motor engages. So i had to swap out a different spring, and BAM!!!! Its done. Of course there was some wiring to do since i wired a fan and lights, but other than that, its really easy to do..
Im planning on getting another cart soon and swapping a 700cc plus bike motor into it over this winter.. thanks jesse |
