Those are really sweet looking carts. The work you did on that Precedent with the flares is killer. The headliners and stereo work is awesome as well. Have you ever done a headliner and stereo like that on a newer style Club Car DS style top?

i have done several different styles of carts, but not a DS yet. The console is designed to fit most of the carts. We mount it to the headliner prior to installation. So, I am sure it could be done. It is just a matter of getting pattern for the headliner and figuring out how to attach it to the top. Do you have a DS? I can't remember what the roof looks like.

I don't have any really good pics of just the top. I'll see what I can come up with.

Are you interested in selling your consoles and headliners? Just curious, if so, prices and what you have applications for. Thanks for the great pics. Really clean carts.

Sorry, I know the thread is old, but I have just been covered up the last few months and havent had time to get on the forum. THe headliners are made of 1/4 luan and the consoles are made of MDF and masonite. We table mount the console to the headliner and then mount the headliner to the roof using screws down from the top. We have not any problems with them leaking or coming loose so far.
