Default 95 ez go --BIG project..

i just got a 95 ezgo and i have big plans.. its my thrid cart but really first in building. ive built lowriders and a jacked up wrangler so im pretty car handy. i got the cart with some frame rust which turned out more than i thought. i will post pics as i go on further with the build..

Plans::
-weld/ paint bare frame --Blk
-install lift kit
-paint body ( still deciding color combos)
-new two tone seats( also with color combo of cart)
-install alarm system
-install marine speakers
-install marine cd player
-install bass tube w/ marine amp
-install headlights/rear lights
-install dome and underseat light
-install wheels/tires

Thats all for now once i get these done ill think of what to do next maybe speed upgrade...

once i got the cart i stripped it to bare frame and pressure washed it to prep for welding..

As i go on im open to thoughts and help from all you guys.. thanks

Can you tell us more about the gear shifter in the 4th picture? Is that a F&R? 2 spd rear? speed shifter? What do you got going on there
