Lifted Club Car DS
Here are some photos of my 1997 Club Car DS that I just finished (for now anyway). Stripped it down to the frame, rewired everything, added a lift kit, wheels, tires, light kit, new windshield, etc. Also did a custom paint job using House of Kolor green metallic with pagan gold candy. Still need to install my new motor and controller. Lots of fun working on this project. Let me know what you think.

Re: Lifted Club Car DS
Thanks for the kind words. The lift kit is an 8" AllSports kit. The wheels are 10" and the tires are 22". I wanted to go 12" or 14" on the wheels, but was afraid that the cart would lose the "offroad" look, so I went with more tire and less wheel. The paint is House of Kolor and is the same that I used on my chopper project. The next step is to build a trailer that I can haul the chopper around with the cart!

Re: Lifted Club Car DS
You can fit much larger tires if your look for a more offroad look. 28's will be your max. 22's look lost under a 8" lift imo nice cart
