My first cart 96 ezgo
Well 2 weeks ago I bought my first golf cart with the intentions of setting it up to use for deer hunting. The cart was extremely clean for its age when I showed up to look at it had only been used for yard work. The previous owner had also had it serviced by a dealer every year as well. So for $1500 it came home with me!
Here it is as I bought it. I was content with the cart as it was for about 1 day and then I made a call to Jakes and ordered the following goodies for it. 5" axle lift 10x7 black panther wheels w/22x10 swamp fox tires head/tail light kit 28 degree power pully Well after about 4 hours or so I had the lift on and I think I spent about the same amount of time installing the lights as well. But I spent a fair amount of time redoing the wiring on the lights to get them so the front markers and tail lights are on one switch and the head lights are on another which will work better for going to and from the deer stands. After everything was installed With the running lights on With the headlights on, I am extremely impressed how bright they are! That is all that is getting done to the cart for now as it is going to the farm I hunt to get put to work this weekend. I plan on building a roof rack and camoclading the cart over the winter or next spring. |

Wow.. lookin good
I really like the headlights that fit into the cowl vs the light bar, they were pretty bright, even before i modified mine |

Amazing how a lift and some tires can bring a cart to life.
Sounds like a good buy. I just bought a 98 EZGO and besides needing some new batteries, I'm happy with mine as well. Welcome to BGW |

Thanks guys, I am enjoying it for sure!
Amazing how handy these things are compared to atv's! We have been using this thing a ton for doing small things around the house! |

Hey BLUE mine is a twin to yours. Had mine out in the mud and woods and it works GREAT! Gonna install an anti-slip kit next and I think mine will go anywhere!
