Default Project F-Bomb, '93 G8

We picked up a G8 this past Wednesday for a project cart. Here it is on its way home

We ordered lift, wheels, tires, a G16 front cowl and some other fun stuff

Here is what we have done so far:

Removed the saggy top

They were obviously a Longhorn fan

Extremely dirty!!

New yellow top Optima

Just getting all the grime off was a challenge, it was nasty!

Covered in about 2" of grime all the way around

Replaced the rusty metal

Sandblasted and ospho'd the frame

Primed and ready for paint

Tonight we are painting the frame. Then we have a few more things to get ready before the lift and tires get here on Wednesday. We are going to paint the cart OD green with black trim. This was our inspiration, we are having "F-Bomb" stickers made:

Thanks guys!! Now we just need our other stuff to come in so we can keep on working on it. We covered the factory seats with black vinyl that way they match until we decide what kind of seats we are going to put on it.
