I like it...ALOT... VERY quiet... BUT a real "B..ch" to plug in to charge at 2:30 in the A.M. after many... MANY BEERS!!!
(and a few times, it didn't get charged!)

Now that's funny right there... I just got it, and had to store it... It looks good to me now, but I'm concerned about how HOT it's going to be in summer... same with the canopy... I'm planning on painting the top 2 raised sections white to match the seats, and hopefully will help with the heat, rather than the solid flat black canopy.

OOOhhhh... and Thanks!!! (I'm just getting started!!!)

Now...that's funny right there!!!!

I'm here...

I've been going back and forth, from here and the "other" forum...
There's not much for me to say... (or do) 'cause both my carts are in storage. (BBrrrr... Winter...)

BUT... Maybe you can help me again!!!

The wife is looking to keep the CC 48v
(His and Her's carts... the Lynx is MINE!!!)

BUT... she want's it painted, and DOESN'T want to pay our local cart dealer to take the body off, get it painted, then put it back on...
(Quoted @ $450.00 total labor and paint)

So... she wants ME to bring it home, tear it down, and have our regular Auto body guy do a custom job on it....

My question IS...(Finally!!!)
I am familiar with most of the mounting screws, and bolts, BUT...
Are there any screws, or bolts that hold the body on, that maybe hiding!!! that will (in turn) frustrate me!!!

I guess... I gotta learn sometime!!!

Thanks!

The Lockman

There are two behind the front bumper, four holding the cowl guard down, two through it for the roof stabilizers. On the rear, there are two behind your feet, two right in front of the rear wheel-wells, and two under the bagwell (bottom) guards. You'll need to remove the roof and seats entirely (duhhh ). That is all I can think of on a 1998 cart, but maybe someone else will jump in and find some more. :)
