Re: 91 Ezgo Project Roll Cage
I run both of my carts on the 4-wheelier trails at our local camp ground. The 93 lift was fabricated in my garage. Its about a 13" lift with the air shocks. Lastly I had to have the front leafs made to strech the front suspension out about 4". The original ones sheared when I pulled a wheelie.

C-BO I used Herculiner from DoDo Zone (autozone). It took about a 1/2 gallon. One heavy coat. Ventilation is key here. I also found the best way to apply is with a 2" cheap brush and start dabbing. Typical brushing didn't give me the results I was looking for.

Re: 91 Ezgo Project Roll Cage
Yes. I simply used a few scotch brite pads. I haven't had any peeling yet. On the 93 I did the entire roof and had the kids on top. This stuff seems to flex pretty good. If it does flake or chip a simple dap of the brush and its blends nicely.
