Got me a '03 CC
Hello, This is my first Cart. Can anyone give some advice on it? I have done some mods on it already, just have not taking newer pictures of it yet. I bought it just like this, the seller painted over all the swiss cheesed rust so I will have to replace some parts.

First, welcome to the sight! All I can say is, read the sight, look what other people have done, ask questions (They will be answered), and get to work! Looks like a good project.
There are many directions to go as far as a build. If you read all the old posts, many of your questions will be answered before you even knew they were a question! Good luck, and enjoy!! Mike |

Thanks for the Info! I'm reading right now.
Last night I started sewing seat covers lol, not as hard as I thought. |

Good, I was hoping those were not the ones you were going to keep!
Decide whether your going "off road, street, or stock. Big wheels and lifted... many ways to go... what fits your life style. |

LOL, that green is just ugly. I'm doing white with blue stripes on the seat covers.
Will be going street, trying to stay away from lifting it if at all possible. Got most of the it done so far, hopefully the weekend it will be mostly done. |

Bio
Welcome to the forum, looks like you are going to have fun. Just as an FYI, in your pics the back support on your front seat is mounted upside down. |

Re: Got me a '03 CC
Almost got it done, got about 6 more parts coming in.
I sewed all the vinyl on old lady's sewing machine, using that thick SPRADLING Marine Vinyl. It was really hard to work with it cause it's so thick and not that stretchy. I did the best I could, my first time lol. |

Re: Got me a '03 CC
Cart looks awesome!! You did a great job on the seats. Did you buy precut diamond plate or did you buy a sheet and cut it yourself? Nice work!!!
